Candle Care
Ensuring your scented candles stay looking and smelling great requires a little bit of care but you will be rewarded with beautiful candles that burn evenly and without smoke.
WICK TRIMMING
Always trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
This will prevent an enlarged or smoking flame, ensure a cleaner burn and prolong the life of your candle.
Trim using wick trimmers, nail clippers or simply pinch the top of the wick off with your fingers.
BURN TIME
For our amber jar candles, burn for at least 2–3 hours at a time and for our larger classic white vessels, 3–4 hours per burn is ideal.
To avoid tunnelling, ensure the melted wax reaches the edge of the jar.
