WICK TRIMMING
To get the best experience from your Billie Rose candle, always trim the wick to approx. 5mm before each burn. This will prevent an enlarged or smoking flame, ensure a cleaner burn and prolong the life of your candle. Trim using wick trimmers, nail clippers or simply pinch the top of the wick off with your fingers.

BURN TIME
Burn your candle until the melted wax reaches the edge of the jar. This helps prevent tunnelling (where wax builds up around the edges) and ensures an even, efficient burn. A fully melted wax pool also creates the strongest scent throw and allows the fragrance to fill your room beautifully each time you light your candle. For our amber jar candles, burn for at least 2–3 hours at a time and for our larger classic white vessels, 3–4 hours per burn is ideal.
